he was, he is | Tsukasa Kudo | Shaba 2025This book is a record of about ten years of photography. Some of the people in these photographs Ive photographed repeatedly over the years. Others, only once. I think I press the shutter to see those fleeting, beautiful scenes that open up and are shared only in that moment. While reality inevitably changes with time, I believe that photography is my way of preserving those miraculous momentswhen something opened, when something turned toward me.
