1974 IWC Rare Vintage Midsize Unisex Watch, Near NOS - 18K Gold, Coral, MOP & DiamondsToday's offering showcases this breathtaking 18K gold, coral, mother of pearl, and diamond wristwatch made by IWC. It is a midsized watch that is slightly larger than a vintage men's Cartier Tank. We were fortunate to acquire this very rare IWC in near new old stock condition with its original protective sticker still on the back. It has been in the owner's personal collection for the last four and a half years. Our photos couldn't begin to do it
