Framed Armorial Watercolour; Naval Coronet, Royal Navy Fouled Anchor & Crest of Portsmouth.A 19th century hand scrivened armorial banner, the crest of the maritime port city of Portsmouth, with the Royal Navy anchor and a naval coronet. Watercolour on shaped card and velvet backing. In excellent condition with no glass damage and no losses to the watercolour. Approximate frame dimensions are 19. 5 cm length and 18 cm width. Approximate weight is 338 grams.
