SOLD………………A Georgian silver bodkin case. c 1800 Samuel Pemberton maker.An engraved silver bodkin case made at the beginning of the 19th century circa 1815. The silver is decorated with bright cut engraving and has the original owner's initials BC in a lozenge shaped cartouche. The piece is bottom stamped SP which are the initials of the maker Samuel Pemberton who was a Birmingham silversmith. 8 cm long approx. 3. 25 inches In excellent condition no splits but it does have a slight finger pressure indent caused when
