Wear them on their own or together, so many looks can come out of this one set! Skirt has an elastic waist band and slit at the bottom. No materials tag but it feels like a polyester or a spandex blend. Fabric has some stretch to it. There is a tag in the skirt that says 12. seems like roughly a medium.
