Lab Sapphire Egg, Giant Faceted Gem EggThis is an incredible 1590ct egg faceted from industrial lab grown white sapphire! It measures 66x47mm, larger than a hen's egg and about the size of a duck egg. This is an absolutely incredible piece, a giant egg faceted from sapphire. It feels amazing in the hand with all its facets and looks incredible. This is a special collector's piece giant faceted eggs like these aren't easy to come by, especially in materials like sapphire.

This is pure Nd:YAG

These are lab-created GAGG (Gadolinium Aluminum Gallium Garnet) facet rough with pronounced phosphorescence (glow in the dark)

They are set in solid sterling silver

These are a mixture of rejected material (likely for surface chips or maybe minor optical misalignments) and cores/wafers that just didn't get used before the factory closed

It is simply impossible to capture on camera--they look good in a picture but great in person

putting intentional scratches into the surface to help retain diamond and increase surface complexity

but was never very successful- tantalate is much brighter and more dispersive than a diamond
