Washed Flannel Pearlsnap Shirt - RiverbendOf the many things I dreamed of making for Wythe, flannel plaids were at the top of the list. There is not much more American than a well worn flannel shirt. There are also very few things that are easier to screw up than flannel plaids. Most of yall know it is very easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of scratchy, papery, rough, and just plain unattractive plaids that have been made and are still being made. It only takes a couple of poor quality

Made in the USA of American-grown cotton

It's based on a fabric used from the 1930s through the early 1950s across a couple of different workwear brands

resulting in a super soft but beautiful summer shirt

and our "Wythe-evergreen" stripe blanket lining

You'll notice out of the package the fabric will feel somewhat smooth and uniform

and also at home with a bolo tie or bandana

We completely rethought the shape though and added our reinforced hunting pocket instead of the more traditional welt pockets on the vintage originals

as cattle ranching became less of an opportunity
