It begins on Californias Central Coast with Viognier grapes hand selected by Bruery Terreux Production Manager, Jeremy Grinkey. The harvested Viognier grapes were pressed nearby with our friends at Sans Liege. We then transported the juice to Bruery Terreux, blended it with a specially brewed sour blonde wort and
