Amazing Purple Victorian Velvet CapeThis is a beautiful silk velvet cape. as you can see there are two spots on the lining that are ripped and the neck ruching could be tacked down in a couple spots (I might get to it soon). there is also a mend. These are usually 3x the price and I've never seen a purple. This is a gem.
