The 2000 La Dominique is a wine that I thoroughly enjoyed out of barrel but never tasted in bottle

This is much more mineral-driven than any of the prior wines with its beautifully detailed medium weight flavors that also possess focused power on the saline

I like the subtle minerality and this may require up to 15 years in the cellar to really blossom so no point buying this if you’re in a rush to drink it
