Ultra Soft Elastomer Arm: Softcycle arm flexes around jammed balls and allows them to drop into place and unjam themselves before you notice it. Softer on Paint: Flexible elastomer regions are gentler on paint, reducing breakage in the hopper, especially with brittle paint.
