As Time Passes- Landscape (limited edition print /80)A landscape version of my previous artwork as time passes. I have used soft, muted greens, earthy pinks & clay to create a calming palette with pops of white detail. The centre piece represents the sun the giver of life, bringing the banksias to flower. To the left the u shapes show people sitting along the rivers. When in flower Wiradjuri people soaked Banksias in water to make sweet tea. The wood of the banksia tree was used to make small hand tools

These same hills stood alongside my great grandparents and hold so much history

It's a special place of connection with my ancestors- their presence is always with me on their beautiful Country
