I cracked this geode rather then cutting it to preserve the crystal structure in its entirety instead of cutting through some of them

There is a small area that is only partially mineralized and is softer than the surrounding rock and thus does not polish and is slightly below the surface due to its being softer and that gives this a unique appearance
