It is a unique hybrid that produces very vibrant blue green pads and stunning large red (almost hot pink)

The palm is slow-growing at first but begins to pick up speed (after years 2-3)

Plants are true zone 5 for cold hardiness as the natural habitat historically got to -25F with summer temps reaching well over 100F

These particular seeds were collected from trees on our personal property in Oregon which is listed as a zone 6b
