Sleeves are 17 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 17. Fitted shape with buttons down front to hip level; has three quarter length sleeves with cuffs and more rhinestone buttons and back kick pleat. Fabric is rayon with a metallic silver thread, lined in cotton; buttons are metal set with glass
