Made of lightweight cotton in a black and white polka dot pattern with a contrasting white graph pattern with small flowers on the hemline ruffle and the layered ruffle bodice. Fitted in the bust with an elastic bustline and loose through he body. Fits a size small Up to 36" bust Open waist Up to 46" hip 35" length In great vintage condition, over washed and super soft. The black is faded but here's no flaws
