Fords Gin 750mlFords Gin is a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell, of Thames Distillers, and Simon Ford. A modern take on a London Dry Gin, with notes of coriander, citrus, and florals, Fords is made with a mix of nine different botanicals and is the perfect base for any cocktail.

Danilo Thomain is the only independent vigneron working this tiny appellation only five hectares in size
made from a highly flavorful base wheat spirit and filtered for 4 days through bone and plant charcoals

all wines are made from estate-grown fruit grown according the standards of the NZ Sustainable Winegrowing Association
with a subtle underlying sweetness
This wine was fermented and aged in 20% new French Oak barrels and 80% neutral French oak barrels
