Carolina Lg. Clay VaseHandmade Clay Vase handcrafted by using natural pigments, made by artisans in Atzompa, Oaxaca, Mexico. This technique is called "Tlahuiltecatl": it is a natural mineral pigment with hair. The piece is pulled out of the kiln while red hot, to which the hair is applied. The hot clay burns the hair and is imprinted on the surface. With proper care it can last many years for generations to come, because it has been fused to the piece. Color: Creamy white
