Petersons Cabernet Sauvignon 2022Another brilliant red from the guys at Petersons, this Cabernet was produced at the Gleneske Estate in Mudgee NSW. Splendid, rich, dark and almost black in colour. The bouquet is herbaceous, displaying dark chocolate, and character reminiscent of molasses or marshmallow which follows onto the palate as vanilla.
