Description
La Cigogne 2020A blend of equal parts Gewrztraminer and Pinot Gris from the biodynamic vineyards of the Humbrecht family in Alsace. The grapes were fermented in whole bunches for five weeks before being pressed off to rest until spring. Appearance: Floral, spices & bright bitter, making a good contrast of flavours.
