I make each pair from nickel free Argentium Sterling Silver. Instead of random hammering, I use a method Ive developed over the years: counting each hammer strike to create tiny, precise facets around the hoops. Each pendant starts with small bits of sterling silver that we melt down into molten balls

Once the earrings have been polished I carefully paint a dark patina into the recessed areas to accent stamping and add contrast to the design
