Kangaroo leather is known to have the strongest tensile strength of any leather
They can be a bit thinner than regular samegawa
It is 100% vegan free with my polyurethane
but they leave a beautiful line of nodes for tsuka
more consistent and thicker skin (lower quality skin can be seen through and have holes
