Both have built serious reputations from their farms in Bruselas and Pitalito, Huila, and this lot is a collaboration between the two. Pink Bourbon Aji is a rare designer variety, thought to be a mutation of Bourbon, and grown almost exclusively in Colombia. The Gasca brothers cultivated this lot on Jhonatan's farm, Zarza, at elevations between 1,780 and 1,900 meters. The processing
