Domaine de CantonDomaine de Canton is a French ginger liqueur made in small batches at the St. Dalfour Distillery. It has a yellow gold color, a ginger and honey aroma, and a cream like texture. The liqueur is made by macerating dried baby Asian ginger in eau de vie, then adding Tahitian vanilla beans and Provenal orange blossom honey, and blending with cognac from France's Aquitaine region. The taste is a combination of ginger, honey, and vanilla.
