Valfaccenda RoeroLocated across the Tanaro river from the more famous Barbaresco and Barolo, Roero will always live in the Nebbiolo shadows. We are fine with that. The sandy terroir makes a gorgeously aromatic example of the grape, and Valfaccenda is the appellation's best producer. Roero is always more accessible at a young age than Barolo, and this 2021 is a stunner as soon as the cork is popped.
