Description
Salmónido 2022Pink. Dry. Vineyards at 1,300 m altitude. Slate soils, poor and stony. Vinification: destemming, direct pressing and 30% aging in barrels and 70% in stainless steel for approximately 1 year. Bottled in November 2023.
