The light patches are reflections from the studio lights. This charming antique combination case was crafted in 1921 and assayed* (tested for silver purity*) at Chester Assay Office in the same year. This rare combination case was made by E J Trevitt & Sons. The lid & base are decorated with superb engine turned engravings. The inner case is fitted
