PTO Lockout Bracket, 1941-1971, Willys and JeepNew production PTO lockout bracket and base plate. Made from aluminum and made in the USA. Mounts with 4 screws and still allows the usage of a PTO boot. This is a mechanical or lever based lockout that prevents the PTO shifter from engaging, either intentionally (safety) or when the PTO is not needed. Typically used to avoid accidental engagement during driving or when a PTO attachment isnt installed. Works by blocking the movement of the shifter
