A rare elephant hide ('elly belly') with Celtic stag cantle, with typical nickel silver chain and cones on black springbok tassels. The gussets and trim are soft, durable kudu hide. Wholly traditional, with an 'Out of Africa' touch. Hand crafted from the finest materials and only made on order. Here we've used a polished black inset behind the cantle and occasionally we're asked to do this in a colour that brings out the tartan in the kilt

Tassels could be plaited leather thong and Turk's head skin as in this picture or even a variety of other game skins in nickel silver cups and chains
