Chateau Maris "Old School" RougeA blend of Biodynamic young vine Syrah and Biodynamic Grenache. Old School Rouge is vinified with the sole aim of preserving the freshness of fruit that the Minervois region gives us. All the fruit is Estate grown, handpicked and ferments with natural yeast in natural concrete tanks.
