The durable plastic will not yellow in the sunlight and will withstand the elements. Durable, rust free Stainless Steel clips that attach to your flag and the EZPOLE that offer a "No Wrap" swivel system. Set consists of: (1) D eye swivel, (1) washer & (4) Stainless Steel clips Used on Defender models

To attach to a deck or dock use 1/2" Allen screws

1 3/4" Top Cap is used on Liberty Telescopic Flagpole models
