but for this series I wanted to focus right in

My wife had organised a family photo shoot with a good friend and we were taken to this glorious country road

but arrived early in time for sunset and boy was I glad I did

The late afternoon light filtering through the trees was beautiful and when a car drove past I took notice of the flying dust creating an ethereal vibe

but I've never come back here as I was so happy with this image

I arrived just in time for the onset of the afternoon light and with not another soul around it was an incredible experience shooting this beast

adding mood and feeling to an already incredible place

Often I return many times to a location in order to get the best possible shot

The water was completely still as the setting sun kissed the cliffs and turned them vivid orange
