Ripaille 2022Carignan from younger vines destemmed, older vines vinified separately with whole clusters from limestone soil. The wine is aged in neutral oak. Fruity with very nice acidity.
Made from the aromatic Malvasia di Candia and the fruity Falanghina grape
aged in barrels for 36 months
light bodied and very well balanced
