The Rabbit HoleAbout the Coffee The Rabbit Hole is a 50 50 blend of two coffees: one from Cauca Sotara in Colombia, and one from Finca Pradera in Nicaragua. Cauca Sotara sits in southwestern Colombia, where farms typically run between 1,800 and 2,200 meters. Finca Pradera is a single estate in Nicaragua's northern highlands, grown at elevations around 1,200 to 1,500 meters. Putting the two together gives the blend a balance that neither origin would hit on its own.
