Crabby Old Tom GinThis is our second batch 43. 8% ABV Old Tom style gin. We couldnt resist making this as we have masses of rosy red Crab Apples growing here at the Distillery. It is made with a combination of our gins at a high ABV so you get lots of underlying subtle flavours cutting through the fruit and sugar. It starts off really pinky in colour but turns bright and golden when the sugar is added. It is just great for those who arent whisky fans, as a late night
