Handmade Chashaku (tea scoop) by ChikumeidoChashaku is a traditional tea scoop used in the Japanese tea ceremony. This chashaku uses soot colored bamboo, darkened by the smoke of the traditional Japanese hearth for decades. One heaping scoop of matcha powder is roughly one gram. Notice: Due to the chashaku being handmade, there may be slight variation in appearance. ONE PER CUSTOMER. Made in Japan. This chashaku is made by Chikumeido, one of the most honored Takayama Chasen makers in Japan.
