A boxed knife and fork. Georgian. c1815.A Georgian picnic set! A pearl handled folding knife and fork with silver bladed tines. There are no marks other than the silver assay which is quite usual. They are a pair. The pearl is in good condition a minor hairline by the silver nameplate on the knife but nothing more. Inside it is fitted with a corked glass bottle -possibly for use as a sander as it came in a box fitted with an inkwell

The varnished finish is the original and in good condition

These elegant scissors are in excellent condition with little sign of their age

There is no damage although the original varnish finish has a few minor scuffs and there is some staining to the edges of the paper lining of the lid (see photos)
