ChallerhockerChllerhocker is categorized as a semi firm cheese due to its creamy mouthfeel and smooth texture. It is in a category of Appenzeller cheeses or Alpine cheese. It is ripened for at least eight months and produced with raw milk. Chllerhocker is an experience for the senses with its rustic, ochre rind and aromatic notes of roasted chestnuts and an earthy pungency. It has all the cooked milk and floral notes of a perfected Alpine cheese from Switzerland.
