Le Coste Bianco 2022Obtained from the new "Vigna Grande" vineyard and partly from the old vineyards, with a prevalence of Procanico grapes completed by approximately 30% of Malvasia di Candia and Toscana, Vermentino, Roscetto, Pedino, Romanesco, Greco Antico and Ansonica. After destemming, the grapes fermented and macerated for about 5 days in a truncated cone shaped French oak vat; after pressing the wine finishes fermenting and ages for about a year in 10 20 hl oak

the Marsanne anf´d Roussane was fermented as whole bunches or left to infuse in the juice of the Vermentino for two weeks

the wine is aged in barrels that have held one to five wines for 13 months before bottling with the addition of a homeopathic dose of sulfur (less than 5mg per liter)

A wine that just gets better by the day

the wine in the barrels and especially the double barrel were extraordinary (it looked like the O2 Vigne) but in the small 55 L barrel the wine was tired
