Single Malt WhiskyOur single malt whisky features Tasmanian malted barley and specialty malts. It is milled, brewed, fermented and double distilled in a copper pot still at our small family distillery. Our dunnage style barrel ageing room, allows the sea mist laden winds to envelope our barrels whilst they rest and mature, producing a maritime influenced spirit. A bold complex spirit with notes of caramel, milk chocolate, toffee, malt and vanilla. With only 250 bottles

On the palate the sweet vanilla front leads to robust oak build on the mid palate followed by milk chocolate and hints of coffee
