rangrang natural dye bedrunner | smoke/peachOur Rangrang bedrunners are special and unique Balinese textiles that were traditionally used as costumes for spiritual dance rituals. They are handwoven on backstrap looms by a family of highly skilled artisans on the small island of Nusa Penida. Local plant materials are used to dye the yarn by hand. This bedrunner features a diamond pattern, said to represent the mountains. It is the perfect size for a small double or king size bed.

Local plant materials have been used to dye the yarn

They were handblown in Oaxaca from 95% recycled glass and tempered in furnaces powered by used cooking oil

Its black colour is entirely natural and a result of the use of rare fibres that are found at the base of the atta grass plant

which burns longer than soy or paraffin wax
