They have been in barn storage for years, and show some minor scuffing, dirt, or adhesive paper residue that will need to be cleaned up. I imagine the scuffing will come out with a light buff, there are no deep gouges in the acrylic. Small Pair: This window measures 21"x17. The bubble is 12 3 4" x 16 3 4". Upper holes are 13 3 4" apart
