Rare Michigan Copper Fire Brick SliceThis is a slab of firebrick from the old smelters in Michigan measuring 6 long x 3 wide x 1 8 thick. The brick absorbed the metal during the smelting process and some were saved prior to being permanently buried after the decommissioning of the smelters. This is a rare piece of history and it is very suitable to be displayed as a part of history or cabbed into beautiful jewelry. These slabs are polished on one side and clear coated to keep it shiny.
