Cottage on the Lake Oil Painting:: Super sweet and serene scene of a little cottage on the lake with a fall season going into winter in this signed oil painting, vintage circa 1940's 1960's. Can't quite make out the signature, but it is certainly there and it is quite the beautiful painting! This piece does show a bit of wear and tear, might need cleaning at some point down the line as it does have some discoloration from being exposed (painted on some kind of board). Frame size is

Condition notes: there are two stripped paper portion in lower corners and an ink bit on it
