SSFS-W1FlashSeal is an elastomeric sealant that is specially formulated for permanent adhesion to shingles, aluminum flashing, and brick. Unlike conventional tar based sealers, FlashSeal remains permanently flexible, and will not become hard brittle and crack away from surfaces.
