I would give it a few years to come together
round and delicious if light weight flavors that culminate in a dusty and if not exactly rustic finish
Slightly riper aromas include those of both yellow and white peach
silky and fresh
mouthwatering finish and will benefit from 2-3+ years in bottle
One last observation is the prominence of Cabernet-driven aromas of medical herb and wild sage
this is somewhat awkward though I suspect this is more due to the recent bottling than a true lack of balance
The wine was aged in French oak
the medium-bodied and concentrated flavors are even more powerful than those of the Bougros and Valmur
