Canelé Print (A3)Designed, hand printed, signed & numbered by Laura Marling. This print is a tribute to my absolute favourite pastry, the classic canel from Bordeaux. One of the lesser known pastries but has die hard fans all over the world. Available as part of the Christmas selection.
We begin by dry-curing the belly for 10 days to before hot-smoking it over maple wood to impart a gentle
