A ripe but restrained sweet plum and raison flavour flows through the palate which is kept in check by a hint of acidity and some nice savoury tannins
to create a medium to full body wine with fresh acidity
The wine has a lovely pink Salmon colour
and mulberry
ripe pear and spicy peach
Satisfyingly rich with lingering sweetness
spicy and fruity
After a sip of Ketel One Vodka
Rahiti will also compliment any fish
The palate is fine but firm with great acidity
slightly peppery
