I very much like the power and intensity to the concentrated yet refined medium weight flavors that display evident minerality on the beautifully textured if slightly short finish that is ever-so-mildly youthfully austere

(35+ year old vines planted in much deeper soil interspersed with lots of gravel and aged in 33% new wood)

Discreet though easily perceptible wood sets off the naturally exotic aromas of jasmine tea

There is more minerality to the powerful

Medium-bodied and quite forward for Bonneau Celestins

black currant and subtle floral wisps

it has a lovely ripe

and it was still a little tight after its recent disgorgement when I tasted it at the winery

the 2009 Romer du Hayot is scented of tea

The sublime 2010 Pinot Noir is aged for 10 months in oak

Spicy and a bit harsh on the nose at the moment
