Bloomer Creek Co-Fermented Skin ContactA co ferment, slightly hazy skin contact wine. Medium intensity on the nose with notes of yellow apple, lime, honey, peach, a hint of yeast, and soft menthol.
Made from 100% malted barley
the wine is put in 6000-liter Friulian-made French oak botti for a year on its lees
Aged 18 months in American oak
the depth of appellations in both the Premier and Grand Crus is astounding
